I have created a very simple onboarding process that consists of 3 training sessions. Each one should last an average of 30-60 minutes, and they will be conducted via live webinar.

To help determine which members of your team need to be present at each meeting, here is an
itinerary of what we will cover:
1. Getting Started
This meeting will consist primarily of high level information and will focus on the initial setup of your account.

It should be attended by any member of
your team that will be an overall site admin.
Basic BuilderTREND overview
Completion of your Getting Started Guide
(Feel free to work ahead on your own if you'd like)

Setting up your internal staff, customers, subs & vendors
Lead management
Preparing templates
Entering new jobs into the system
2. Production/Field Use
Your production/field team will definitely want to attend this meeting. We will focus heavily on scheduling and using the mobile app to efficiently manage jobs from the field.

Comprehensive scheduling training
Daily job notes
Uploading and viewing jobsite files
Adding photos from the field
Change order management
Mobile app navigation
Warranty & punch list management
3. Financials & Selections
Selection coordinators and individuals managing all of your bidding and job costing processes should attend this meeting.

If you use QuickBooks and plan on integrating the two accounts, your accountant/controller should also be present.

Use estimates and purchase orders to track job costing
Organize & manage your selections process
